What if someone told you that you could stop dieting and not only be healthier, but happier too? Sounds too good to be true right? 

This week we are joined by the amazing Monica Mignone from Balance by Monica. Monica used to do all the diets and her weight would go down, then up, then down and up again. Finally, Monica realised that her life was out of balance and this became the cornerstone of her approach to food and life.

Monica is a practicing Nutritionist who believed that you should not give up your favourite foods. What is more, Monica believes that life is too short to count your calories or obsess over what you eat.

We talk about Monica's approach to food and what balance means to her. The power of labels, how dieting or more importantly, not dieting can impact your mental health and the little things we can all do to be balanced and live healthier lives.

This episode is the perfect way to wrap up our month of food. Monica's seems to summarise and wrap up everything we spoke about.
